Eye Dilation System for Qpro

Are you disappointed that you dont have Eye Dilation on the QuestPro???
well this is the fix for your avatar

Using the Eyelid parameters from VRCFT we created a system that emulates Eye Dilation

There are 3 modes
1:Realism Mode, taking the time you have your eyes closed to dilate the eyes accordingly
2:SamiWami Mode, An Expressive Mode, instead of waiting for the eyes to dilate, the eyes go full dilation when you close them, then have a fast but gradual transition back to normal
3:SamiWami +Anim Mode: This mode uses an animation instead of a full or null, this way you can add shimmer or other things to the dilation animation, this is an expressive+ mode

Keep in mind, that you have to delete the VRCFT Dilation anims for this to work
